This flavor combination is really something. Three types of fresh squeezed citrus, spicy roasted chiles just harvested from Red Wagon Farm before the frost, earthy fresh ground spices, and rich chicken broth make for a chicken dish you won't forget.
We brine the organic chicken first to make it tender and succulent. This dish has a bit of spiciness to it from the chiles but is on the mild-medium end.
We stew the chicken with slices of organic onion and roasted organic Red Wagon Farm anaheim chiles in a bright and zesty marinade of fresh squeezed organic orange, organic lime, and organic grapefruit juices, organic garlic, organic cumin, cloves, all spice, coriander, oregano and cinnamon from Savory Spice Shop, and sea salt.
Great for dinner or on-the-go for a satisfying lunch. Amazing with a side of our Golden Garlic Rice to soak up all the juices.
Full size- 8-pieces. Serves 4-6 (2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 drums, 2 wings) and lots of the delicious sauce.
Half size- 4 pieces. Serves 2 to 3 (1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 drum, 1 wing) and lots of the delicious sauce.
