Curried Wild Cod Cakes with Ginger


No fillers here - just succulent fish and lots of flavor. These zesty fish cakes feature wild caught Alaskan cod and great for any meal or even snacks! 

We mix wild cod with organic spinach, fresh organic ginger, organic garlic, organic fresh squeezed lemon juice and zest, organic mild curry powder (Coriander, turmeric, ginger, fenugreek, anise, cumin, Saigon cinnamon, black pepper, regular yellow mustard, mace and cardamom) from Savory Spice Shop, organic egg, and pink sea salt.

We coat the cakes in a little olive oil and bake.

6 hearty 2.75 oz cakes per order. Serves 3-4.

These freeze excellently.
