Waldorf Chicken Salad

Crisp apples, crunchy walnuts, juicy grapes, moist roast chicken and our own freshly made olive oil mayonnaise- what's not to love?

This is one of our favorite salads. Great for lunches and picnics.

We make our version of this classic chicken salad with organic chicken we brine then roast, our fresh house-made mayonnaise*, organic grapes, toasted walnuts, organic celery, organic apples, organic fresh squeezed (by us) lemon and orange juice, organic raisins,  organic fresh parsley, organic extra virgin olive oil, and Real sea salt.  

Pint or Quart. Pint serves 2-3 as part of a meal.  Price includes $1.25 jar deposit. 

*Note:  Our house-made mayonnaise is a traditional recipe and contains raw organic eggs as well as olive oil, fresh lemon juice, mustard, and sea salt.
