Turkey & Vegetable Korma with Coconut Milk


Not a traditional recipe but true to its comforting Indian korma flavors. If you like our Chicken Tikka Masala you'll want to try this too.

We cook up ground organic turkey with organic onion, organic broccoli and organic spinach we simmer in a curry sauce packed with flavorful spices -but mild, not spicy - including garam masala*, yellow curry powder**, fresh organic ginger, and organic garlic sauteed in unrefined organic oil. We finish with organic, guar gum free coconut milk for creaminess.

Delicious over your favorite rice or cauliflower rice.

Quart or Pint.  Quart serves 3. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit. 

Freezable only in straight-edged mason jars (no curved shoulders) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container.

Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.

*Garam masala - Coriander, black pepper, charnushka, cumin, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, mace, Saigon cinnamon, bay leaves
