Tomato Pesto Lasagna with a Greek Twist


Cheesy, gooey homemade comfort in a casserole. This time for this frozen meal we got inspired and went a different direction with the lasagna, adding feta cheese and black olives for a little twist on flavors. We also added chicken basil sausage!

If you're not gluten free- don't fear. The fresh pasta from Cappello's is delicious and holds its texture like a champ. You will not miss the gluten. And if you are gluten free- you won't miss the gluten either!

We layer a sauce of our pesto*, pureed tomato, and organic heavy cream between sheets of fresh Cappello's grain-free lasagna noodles (almond flour, cage-free eggs, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, sea salt) and a filling of organic ricotta cheese, feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, black olives, mixed with organic Smoked Chicken Basil sausage.

Sausage ingredients:

organic chicken, organic basil and 2% or less of the following: organic roasted garlic, organic onion powder, organic garlic powder, sea salt, organic vinegar, organic black pepper, organic oregano, calcium alginate casing.


One Tin serves 4. This is filling!

Freezes well. Quick to heat once defrosted. Defrost in fridge overnight.

*Pesto: organic basil, organic extra virgin olive oil, fresh squeezed organic lemon juice, organic garlic, and Real sea salt.
