Tom Kha Gai (Organic Chicken Coconut Soup)


This is a bright and uplifting while deeply satisfying Thai dish. The creamy broth infused with aromatic lemongrass and kaffir lime is heavenly and refreshing even in warmer weather.

We simmer a rich broth of our own chicken stock**, organic coconut milk (guar gum free), galangal (a ginger-like root), organic ginger, kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass with brined (in salt) organic chicken, local Hazel Dell mushrooms (oyster, crimini and/or shiitake as available or organic non-local), and organic baby spinach.

We finish it with fresh squeezed organic lemon juice and organic scallions.

**We make all our stocks and soups with filtered, pH balanced water.

Quart or Pint.  Quart serves 2-3 as a main, 4 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit. 

Freezable in straight-edged (no curved shoulder) mason jars with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container.
