Thanksgiving Pumpkin Spice Muffins (Paleo)

 A Limited Seasonal Muffin

So warming, nostalgic, and deliciously moist. And also tree nut free! This is a fully coconut based muffin, but you won't taste that part.

Organic pureed pumpkin, organic coconut flour, unfiltered CO honey, organic extra virgin coconut oil, organic eggs or local non-GMO eggs as available, organic Ela Family Farms apple sauce, warming cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice from Savory Spice Shop, GF vanilla extract, a pinch of baking soda, and Real sea salt.

These keep for 2 days at room temp and are delicious warmed.

They freeze excellently and toast up nicely for a quick treat later, so it's easy to stock up.
