Thanksgiving Classic Scalloped Potatoes

Thanksgiving Menu Order Deadline is Monday 11/23 at 10am.

Receive via pick up (or home delivery) on Wednesday 11/25.

So comforting, this is a simple family and friend pleasing dish for some familiarity in strange times.

We thin slice organic Colorado gold potatoes and cover with organic milk, organic pastured cream, organic butter, a pink of nutmeg, and pink Himalayan sea salt. 

Then we top it some extra pecorino cheese (because why not?) and bake to a delicious golden brown.

One Tin serves 4 as a side, or more depending on how extravagant your Thanksgiving side spread is.
