Thanksgiving Healthy Green Bean Casserole (Plant Based)

Our own healthy -and we think much more tasty - version of this favorite. We make our own plant based cashew cream of mushroom soup as the base, use fresh instead of canned green beans, and add a crunchy nut topping instead of fried with gluten.

Unadulterated, surprisingly bright mushroom flavor that will put your memories of canned soup (and canned green beans!) to shame.

Organic haricot verts (thin French green beans), organic cremini mushrooms, organic onion, organic cauliflower (for texture - you don't taste it!), organic thyme, black pepper and Real sea salt in our housemade mushroom stock and fresh housemade organic cashew cream (filtered water, organic cashews).  

Topped with thinly sliced organic onion and crushed almond and pecans.

One serves 4+, depending on the extravagance of your holiday spread.

Freezes well.
