Tangy Chimichurri Chicken Salad

Yes, chicken salad again! It's just way too hot, so we're doing another hearty salad this week.

This is a different take from Waldorf, a mayo and egg-free super herby version of chicken salad.

Our classic Argentinean sauce has quickly become a customer favorite.  It's bright and tangy flavor makes it with meats. And it's also packed with healthful herbs and garlic for antiviral support.

We toss this herbaceous sauce* with pasture-raised, non-GMO chicken, organic sweet bell pepper (not green), organic cucumber, and organic carrot. Chicken, vegetables, lots of flavor and no heating required!

*Fresh organic oregano, organic parsley, organic thyme, organic garlic, organic apple cider vinegar, organic sherry vinegar, organic lemon juice, organic green onion, organic extra virgin olive oil, and Real sea salt.

Pint or Quart. Quart serves 3-4 as part of meal or 2-3 on its own. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
