Smoky Grassfed Beef Tinga (de Res)


Rich and deeply satisfying, this slow cooked Mexican shredded beef dish features local Colorado 100% grassfed beef, organic sliced onion, New Mexican and chipotle chile, jalapeño, organic tomato, organic garlic, Mexican oregano, cumin, organic apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Real sea salt, and organic lime.  

Full of flavor with a warming kick. 

Delightful with our Cilantro Lime rice, cauliflower "rice", or use it to make tostadas, quesadillas and burritos. Susanna loves it with a fried egg and guac.

Quart or Pint.  Quart serves 4.  Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

Freezable in straight-sided mason jars (no curved shoulders, no quarts) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.
