Lightly cooked fresh, bright green spinach enveloped in onion and Indian spices. Spinach cooks down significantly so these jars represent twice as much raw spinach as it appears.

Delicious with our Garlic Saffron Rice in the frozen section.

Full ingredient list includes organic local spinach, organic non-local spinach as needed depending on supply/demand, organic onion, organic ginger, fresh garlic, garam masala from Savory Spice Shop, olive oil, fresh squeezed organic lemon juice, and Real sea salt.

Add optional organic, grassfed cows milk yogurt to finish. Otherwise this dish is vegan.

Quart or Pint. Quart serves 6 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat.
