Roasted Sweet Pepper Soup with Optional Chicken Basil Sausage

Featuring succulent roasted organic red peppers we've roasted fresh ourselves.

We simmer them with organic gold potato, organic onion, organic garlic, a dash of organic red wine vinegar, olive oil and a hint of Savory Spice Shop's sweet smoked paprika**. The we puree until silky smooth.

Add optional smoked chicken and basil sausage for a one jar meal. 

Sausage ingredients: organic chicken, organic basil and 2% or less of the following: organic roasted garlic, organic onion powder, organic garlic powder, sea salt, organic vinegar, organic black pepper, organic oregano, calcium alginate casing (vegetable casing - pork free).

Quart or Pint.  One Quart serves 2-3 as a main or 4 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

**We make all our soups and stocks from scratch with filtered, pH balanced water.

Freezable in straight-edged (no shoulder) mason jars with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat.
