Velvety Roasted Beet Soup with Optional Cream

A velvety red soup that's not just for beet lovers. Wonderful hot or cold - which is good because seems like we never know what we're going to get this time of year in Colorado!

The beets' sweetness balances the subtle but aromatic ginger, allspice, and thyme. An exciting and delicious combination - trust us! This soup is full of flavor and a wonderful comforting texture.

We make this super nourishing soup with organic beets, organic onions, organic celery, organic ginger, organic allspice, fresh organic parsley, fresh organic thyme, fresh organic bay leaf, olive oil, pH balanced water and Real sea salt.  Optionally finished with a touch of organic cream.

If you prefer a dairy free soup just order it without the cream.

Quart or Pint.  Quart serves 2-3 as a main or 3-4 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
