Roast Winter Squash Wedges with Optional Cheese Herb Crust

Roasted wedges of organic winter squash including deliciously sweet local delicata from Kilt Farms (and acorn, pumpkin and butternut as available) topped with an optional irresistible crust of sharp pecorino cheese fresh organic thyme, organic parsley, organic garlic, extra virgin olive oil and Real sea salt.  

We leave the skin on - it's edible, tasty and nutritious!

This squash is so tasty simply roasted on its own, and... you can add optional baked cheese herb crust for even more flavor.
