Fluffy Brown Rice with Caramelized Onions

Fluffy organic brown we soak overnight for increased nourishment studded with organic onions slowly caramelized in olive oil and seasoned with Real sea salt.  A simply delicious combination!  

Enjoy it with this week's Lamb Curry, or as a side to the Sweet Pepper Soup and Meatloaf. 

*We soak our brown rice overnight to help make it that much more nutritious.
