Peruvian Beef Vegetable Soup with Optional Quinoa


This traditional Peruvian soup is brothy and full of hearty ingredients.  Delicious for any meal of the day!

Featuring Rafter W Ranch 100% grass fed beef shank, optional organic quinoa (choose "without quinoa" for a Paleo friendly, grain free option),  organic Kilt Farm delicata squash, organic green beans, organic carrot, organic celery, organic onion, organic garlic, fresh organic oregano, Mexican oregano, organic cumin, olive oil and Real sea salt.

We simmer these nourishing ingredients in our rich Colorado grassfed beef bone broth* and finish the soup with fresh squeezed lime juice, organic cilantro and organic parsley.  

Quart or Pint sizes.  One Quart serves 2-3 as a main. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

*We make all our stocks and soups from scratch with pH balanced, filtered water.

Freezable in straight-sided mason jars (no curved shoulders) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.
