Walnut Pesto Pasta Primavera Bake (Gluten Free)


Sneak in your veggies with this lovely pasta dish

Local Cappello's fresh grain-free fettuccine (Almond flour, cage-free eggs, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, sea salt) with organic zucchini, organic grape tomatoes, organic green beans, organic local spinach and arugula, and organic broccoli.

All tossed in our house made walnut pesto (walnuts, organic garlic, organic sundried tomato, organic lemon juice, organic extra virgin olive oil).  Topped with more cheese and baked to perfection.

Add optional pecorino and parmesan cheeses on top, if you're feeling cheesy. 

One Tin serves 3-4 as a main and 4-6 as a side.
