Silky Coconut Panna Cotta with Peach Compote


It's peach season!! So cool, light and refreshing. This version of our Panna Cotta is very much like a silky smooth, fresh ice cream. 

This is a simple Italian dessert traditionally made with cream cooked with sugar, gelatin and flavorings then chilled. Our version is dairy-free and sugar-free and features pure organic coconut milk (no guar gum) that we blend with unfiltered Colorado honey, a little beef gelatin from Great Lakes Gelatin, and vanilla extract from Savory Spice Shop.  

Then we top it with our compote of preserved organic Western slope Ela Family Farm peaches, unfiltered Colorado honey and fresh organic lemon zest.

1 Half Pint (1 cup). Serves one (or two if you feel like sharing the jar, but we're guessing you won't).  Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
