Classic Broccoli Soup with Optional Cheddar

Classic and delicious! We simmer fresh organic broccoli with organic onions, organic carrots, fresh garlic, fresh organic thyme, fresh bay leaf, olive oil, and Real sea salt with pure filtered water.
Then we finish the soup with organic pastured cream and Tillamook cheddar cheese for the Broccoli Cheddar version OR with our housemade cashew cream for a plant-based version.
Quart or Pint. Quart serves 2-3 as a main or 4 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
Freezable in straight-sided mason jars (does not include quarts) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container.
Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat.
