Our Favorite Chickpea Veggie Burgers


Our customers have never been able to get enough of these.  Tasty enough for adults but neutral enough that kids love them.  

Organic housemade chickpeas (from scratch), local eggs**, our own gluten free flour mix (organic brown rice, white rice, sorghum, tapioca flours), organic onion, organic cilantro, Real sea salt, and a hint of organic lemon zest.  We pan cook each of these in olive oil until they've got a delicious golden brown crust.

Four hearty burgers per order. These keep well for up to 5 days and freeze excellently for quick meals later. 

They also travel really well.  Use them as a bun and sandwich your favorite toppings in between burger halves for a tasty gluten-free option.
