Summer Ratatouille with Optional Spicy Grassfed Beef Sausage


We wait all year for the height growing season to really enjoy this dish! 

Ripe tomatoes, perfect eggplant, flavorful summer squash, sweet bell peppers, and fresh basil- all local and organic from Kilt Farms - stewed with organic onions and organic garlic with olive oil and Real sea salt. 

Add 100% grassfed, spicy beef sausage if you like. ( 100% Grassfed beef, salt, spices, red pepper, celery powder).

A delicious side or light lunch on its own. Enjoy it with a side of our Golden Garlic Rice and a Cabbage Patty for a summery dinner.

Susanna loves to eat it topped with a fried egg for breakfast. Perfect cold for  lunches on hot days, too..

Pint or Quart. One Quart serves 2-3 as a main and 4+ as a side.

 Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

Freezable in straight-sided mason jars (no curved shoulders) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.
