Spanish Rice with Sweet Peas

This is no ordinary rice.
It's a super flavorful dish we make by first sautéing organic onion, organic garlic, organic tomato paste, cumin and sweet paprika from Savory Spice Shop and Real sea salt in olive oil with organic brown rice (soaked overnight to enhance digestibility).
Then we simmer all this goodness with organic sweet peas. Finally, we finish it for you with fresh organic cilantro.
Not to be missed, and perfect as a side to our Chorizo Taco Filling and Refried Beans or Chimichurri Chicken Salad.
Also amazing for breakfast (or whenever) with a fried egg on top!
