Juicy organic chicken we brine then roast with a tangy and spicy triple mustard crust.  Featuring our stone ground mustard (mustard seed, organic apple cider vinegar, sea salt), whole mustard seeds, and a little dry mustard along with our house made chicken stock, olive oil, and Real sea salt.  

Great for dinner or on-the-go for a satisfying lunch.  We recommend serving it with this week's Citrus Roast Beets.
