Local Pork Chorizo Taco Filling

Ground, 100% pasture-rasied local pork from Buckner Meats that we spice up to make that addictive chorizo flavor with smoky chipotle, sweet paprika, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne, organic apple cider and white vinegars, organic onion and garlic, and organic Mexican oregano.

We sauté it in olive oil with organic sweet bell peppers, organic roasted poblano and anaheim chiles, and organic onion. This has a kick.

Try it with our from scratch vegan Refried Beans on the side and our (frozen) Cilantro Lime Rice and your favorite lettuce wrap or taco shell.

Quart or Pint.  Quart serves 4. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit. 

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars (no curved shoulders) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container.

Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.
