Local Lamb & Vegetable Soup with White Beans


A delightful soup that tickles the taste buds with spices and a luscious mint pesto (nut free). Refreshing.

We slowly braise Colorado grassfed lamb then simmer with organic carrots, organic broccoli, organic cauliflower, organic spinach, organic tomatoes, organic celery, organic onion, organic garlic, organic fresh squeezed lemon juice,  sweet paprika from Savory Spice Shop, our house made lamb stock*, olive oil and sea salt.

Then we finish it by swirling a dash of fresh organic mint and organic extra virgin olive oil.

Choose from two versions - one with local Triple M Bar Ranch lamb and another with the same soup but more beans and no meat - a veggie and bean soup with meat stock.

Quart or Pint. A Quart serves 3 with sides. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars (no curved shoulders - no quarts are freezer safe) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat.
