100% grassfed Colorado ground beef  and braise it with organic carrot, organic cabbage,  organic cauliflower, organic onion and green onion, organic ginger, organic garlic, fresh squeezed organic lemon juice, a curry blend from Savory Spice Shop (coriander, cumin, black pepper, regular yellow mustard, turmeric, ginger and curry leaves), olive oil, and Real sea salt.

Serve over your favorite rice or cauliflower rice.
