Veggie Hash with Mustard and Thyme


We sauté organic gold potatoes, organic carrots, organic onions, organic fresh garlic, organic fresh thyme in olive oil.  We finish this with fresh organic parsley, organic mustard, a splash of organic red wine vinegar and Real sea salt. 

We love this for lunch, dinner, and especially breakfast with a sunny side up egg on top.
