Our version is a hearty filling featuring 100% grassfed Colorado beef braised overnight with white wine. Then we mix up a filling with the shredded beef, organic carrots, organic onion, organic crimini mushrooms, organic peas, organic celery, organic tomato, organic garlic, fresh organic thyme, fresh organic parsley, olive oil and Real sea salt.
We top it with a blanket of a tasty mash of organic sweet potatoes, organic extra virgin olive oil and Himalayan sea salt.
