Nourishing French Onion Soup with Housemade Bone Broth

Our French onion soup is rich and complex thanks to our housemade bone broth. You can't help but feel nourished eating this. 

Our beef stock gets its intense flavor from 100% grassfed Colorado beef bones that we balance with our housemade chicken stock (organic chicken backs and chicken feet)**, sweet caramelized organic onions, organic Colorado apple cider, red wine, fresh organic thyme, olive oil and Real sea salt.  

Heat at home with a topping of grated Parmesan, Gruyere or your favorite cheese for a classic version of the dish.

Quart or Pint.  One Quart serves 2-3 as a main or 4 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.  This item is sealed to keep fresh for one week. 

**We make all our stocks and soups from scratch with filtered and pH balanced water.

Freezable in straight-sided mason jars (no curved shoulders) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.
