Herb Roast Organic Potatoes with Chunky Sea Salt

Browned and buttery tasting - a family pleaser. Kids (and adults) love 'em with ketchup too. 

Roasted organic Colorado gold potatoes from Strohauer Farms we toss with fresh organic thyme, fresh organic rosemary, organic extra virgin olive oil, and chunky Celtic sea salt.  

Quart or Pint.  One pint serves 3. One Quart serves 5-6 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

Freezes well for thawing and re-roasting.

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars (no curved shoulders - no quarts are freezer safe) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat.
