Pinto Bean and Potato Green Chili

Tomatillos are a special summer treat!

Creamy from-scratch organic pinto beans, tangy tomatillo (organic as available), and tender organic gold potatoes are the base of this flavorful, hearty chili.

We stew these with organic local Red Wagon Farm organic poblano chiles, organic yellow onions, organic fresh squeezed (by us!) lime juice, organic cilantro, organic garlic, Savory Spice Shop's cumin and Mexican oregano, olive oil, and Real sea salt.  

Enjoy with hot tortillas and avocado for a super satisfying meal.

Quart or Pint. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit. Quart serves 3 as a main or 4+ as a side.

Freezable in straight-sided mason jars (no curved shoulders) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.
