Fresh & Creamy Asparagus Soup (Dairy Free)

Celebrate asparagus season while it's here! This soup is pure, unadulterated, surprisingly rich yet refreshing asparagus flavor.

We simmer the organic asparagus, organic onion, organic gold potato, organic celery,  olive oil, and Real sea salt in filtered water and puree until creamy.

We finish this with fresh squeezed organic lemon juice, our organic cashew cream, and extra virgin olive oil.  

Pint or Quart. Quart serves 2-3 as a main or 4 as a side. $3.95 per four 8-oz servings.  Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat.
