Chewy Cinnamon Raisin Cookies (Paleo)

These deliciously chewy cookies have a fun texture and classic shape that can fill that cookie hole in your heart.

This treat is our first egg-free offering*.  Honey gives them their sweetness and chewiness and balances out the spicy cinnamon.

They're energy packed and enjoyable and for those of you on strict diets, they'll get you to that nostalgic chewy cookie eating feeling you crave without the gluten, dairy or eggs. 

Organic almond flour (we make this from soaked and dehydrate almonds to enhance digestibility), organic coconut flour, unfiltered Colorado honey, organic extra virgin coconut oil, soaked and dehydrated pecans, organic raisins, organic coconut flakes,, vanilla extract (GF alcohol, vanilla bean), Ceylon cinnamon from Savory Spice Shop, and Real sea salt. 

Choose from a Half Dozen or Dozen (price includes $1.25 jar deposit).

These freeze excellently. Pop out a few out a time to have snacks ready (or they are pretty tasty straight out of the freezer!)
