Grassfed Beef Chorizo Taco Filling

Ground, 100% grassfed Colorado beef that we spice up to make that addictive chorizo flavor with smoky chipotle, sweet paprika, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne, organic apple cider and white vinegars, organic onion and garlic, and organic Mexican oregano.

We sauté it in olive oil with organic sweet bell peppers, organic roasted poblano and anaheim chiles, organic cauliflower "rice" and organic onion. This has a kick.

Delicious with our from scratch vegan Refried Beans and Citrus Slaw.

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars (no curved shoulders) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container.

Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.
