It sounds simple, we know. But this "rice" of pulsed cauliflower is far more delicious than its parts, and the mystery of why just adds to its addictive nature.
We sauté the garlic in olive oil until the garlic begins to caramelize then coat the cauliflower rice in this garlic oil and season with it with Himalayan pink sea salt.
