It sounds simple, we know. But this rice is far more delicious than its parts, and the mystery of why just adds to its addictive nature.
We soak organic brown rice overnight to help make it that much more nutritious. Then we sauté it in olive oil with garlic until the garlic begins to caramelize and season with sea salt.
Fluffy rice with a pleasing hint of golden garlic--more please! Delicious with our Cambodian Curry to soak up the saucy goodness.

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars (no curved shoulders) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.
