Fluffy Golden Garlic Basmati Rice

It sounds simple, we know. But this rice is far more delicious than its parts, and the mystery of why just adds to its addictive nature.  Rice is just so comforting.

We sauté fragrent, non-GMO white basmati rice in olive oil with garlic until the garlic begins to caramelize and season with sea salt.  

Fluffy rice with a pleasing hint of golden garlic--more please! Delicious with our Beef Barbacoa to soak up the saucy goodness or as a side to our Tom Kha Gai soup.
