Fluffy Golden Garlic Rice

It sounds simple, we know. But this rice is far more delicious than its parts, and the mystery of why just adds to its addictive nature. 

This week we're cooking this up with aromatic organic Jasmine rice we sauté in olive oil with garlic until the garlic begins to caramelize. Then we season with sea salt and cook until tender. 

Fluffy rice with a pleasing hint of golden garlic--more please! Delicious with our Cambodian Curry and Beef Tinga to soak up the saucy goodness.

Quart or Pint. Quart serves 4-6 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.  

Did you know?  The Spanish word for rice, "arroz", comes from the Arabic word for rice, "aruz."

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars (no curved shoulders - no quarts are freezer safe) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat.
