Thanksgiving Dressed Up Quinoa Stuffing

This recipe is based on a consistent favorite among family members and clients from our personal chef days. We've kicked it up a notch by using quinoa instead of bread making this a hearty gluten-free alternative with the same bold Fall flavors as your traditional stuffing.

Organic quinoa, organic raisins, green and kalamata olives, organic onion, organic celery, organic fresh sage, organic parsley, olive oil,  Real sea salt.  

Add optional toasted walnuts (that we soak and dehydrate first for optimal digestibility and texture), for extra crunch and richness. 

This is plant based (vegan). If you eat animal products, we recommend to mix with your delicious turkey drippings or heat with chicken stock for extra flavor

Also makes a great filling for baked winter squash (acorn, delicata...) at Thanksgiving or for any meal.

Freezes excellently so order more to keep on hand. 

Quart or Pint. Quart serves 6 as a side (or more depending on the extravagance of your side spread). Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
Freezable in straight-sided mason jars (no curved shoulders) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.
