Creamy Wild Salmon and Vegetable Chowder

Rich flavors yet light on the stomach and a wonderful, different, way to enjoy salmon.

Wild caught Alaskan salmon we simmer in a creamy broth of our house made chicken stock and infused with the flavor of rendered bacon, organic potato, organic onion, organic celery,  fresh organic thyme, bay leaf, and Real sea salt.

We finish the chowder with a drizzle of pastured cream, bright organic lemon zest and organic scallion.

A Quart serves 2-3, a Pint serves 1-2.  Price includes $1.25 jar deposit. 

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat.
