Grassfed Housemade Corned Beef Hash

This is not like the canned corned beef. We make it from scratch. Get ready to fall in love!

Tender braised 100% grassfed Colorado beef that we have brined with salt and spices* to make deliciously flavorful corned beef.  We sauté the beef in olive oil with organic gold potatoes, organic carrots, organic onions, organic fresh garlic, organic fresh thyme, and housemade chicken stock.**  We finish this with fresh organic parsley, organic mustard, a splash of organic red wine vinegar and Real sea salt. 

We love this for lunch, dinner, and especially breakfast with a sunny side up egg on top.

Quart or Pint.  One Quart serves 3-4 as a main. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

Freezable in straight-sided mason jars with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container.

*allspice, mustard seed, coriander, clove, black peppercorn, cardamom, bay, juniper berries, ginger, and cinnamon
