Comforting Chicken Soup with Optional Rice

This soup is nostalgic nourishment in a bowl. We're keeping it classic and including optional brown rice along with veggies.

We simmer organic chicken in our rich housemade chicken stock** with organic onions and garlic, organic carrot, organic broccoli, organic cauliflower, organic celery, organic Red Wagon Farm butternut squash, organic thyme, organic parsley, a pinch of saffron, and pink sea salt.  

Without the optional rice this is a grain free, low carb Paleo option.

Quart or Pint. Quart serves 2-3. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit. 

**We make all our stocks and soups from scratch with organic chicken backs, chicken feet as available, and filtered pH balanced water.

Freezable in straight-sided mason jars (no curved shoulders) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.
