So comforting, this is a simple family and friend pleasing dish.
We thin slice organic Colorado gold potatoes and cover with a cheesy sauce of organic grassfed milk, organic cream, lots of gruyere cheese, organic butter, a pink of nutmeg, and pink Himalayan sea salt.
Then we top it with more pecorino cheese (because why not?) and bake to a delicious golden brown.
One Tin serves 4 as a side.
