Classic Chicken Cacciatore (Off the Bone)

Our take on this classic Italian hunter's style dish features organic chicken  gently braised in red wine and our house made chicken stock* with organic tomatoes (from bpa free cans), organic crimini mushrooms (local as available), kalmata olives, organic rosemary, organic garlic, extra virgin olive oil and Real sea salt. 

We've taken the chicken off the bone for easy eating and mason jar packaging.

Delicious served over our Saffron Garlic rice or with our Pasta Primavera -  your favorite pasta you've got stocked up.

Quart or Pint. Quart serves 2-3. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit. 

This will freeze well.

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat.

*We make our stocks and soups with filtered, pH balanced water.
