Citrusy Mexican Bean & Veggie Soup


We've made a new soup inspired by our Yucatan Chicken and Amy and Melissa's creativity!

Featuring freshly juiced citrus, nourishing chicken broth, local roasted Anaheim chiles and creamy adzuki (similar to black) beans for a lovely flavor combination.

We cooked the beans from scratch and simmered with organic onion, organic red pepper, roasted organic Red Wagon Farm Anaheim chiles, organic carrot, and organic celery in a flavorful chicken broth with fresh squeezed organic orange, organic lime, and organic grapefruit juices, organic garlic, organic cumin, cloves, all spice, coriander, oregano and cinnamon from Savory Spice Shop, and sea salt.

Frozen Pint (16 oz) or 24 oz jar.

Freezable in straight-sided mason jars (no curved shoulders) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container.

Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat in a saucepan or defrost first in fridge overnight.
