Caribbean Greens Soup with Kale

This soup is at least one third fresh organic greens, and its brightness and mild kick balances beautifully with the earthy greens. Don't let its simplicity fool you- this soup will satisfy deeply and is packed with flavor.  If you like our Tom Kha Gai you'll want to try this.

Full ingredient list includes organic kale, organic onion, organic coconut milk (guar gum free), organic jalapeño, coriander and organic cumin for Savory Spice Shop, organic garlic, a pinch of red chile flakes, fresh squeezed organic lemon juice, organic extra virgin fair trade coconut oil, andl Himalayan sea salt*.

Quart or Pint. 1 Quart serves 2-3 as a main or 4 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

Freezes excellently. To freeze use freezer safe glass mason jars (straight-edged) or other freezer safe vessels such as freezer bags or plastic containers.
