Blueberry Cashew Cheesecake Tarts (Paleo)


New! Summery and decadent. These are eye-catching and truly delicious. No gluten, dairy, or cane sugar.... and no one will miss them!  

And they freeze well for serving whenever you need. We recommend storing in the freezer. Then you can enjoy frozen or let them warm up a bit to soften.

We make a buttery crust of walnuts (soaked and dehydrated) dates and top it with two layers of silky smooth "cheesecake" made of organic cashews, Colorado raw honey, organic fresh lemon juice, organic extra virgin coconut oil, organic coconut milk (guar free), and sea salt.  One of the layers has organic blueberry pureed in for a gorgeous color and flavorful treat.

Contains honey. Otherwise this is entirely plant based and appropriate for vegans who eat honey.
