So simple and so gourmet. We marinate organic boneless chicken thighs in unfiltered Colorado honey, balsamic vinegar, organic coconut aminos, a dash of minced fresh ginger, and sea salt.
Then we bake them low and slow to keep them nice and juicy and reduce the marinade to make a glaze.
