Aromatic Vegetable Curry with Bone Broth


Aromatic, a bit exotic and deeply satisfying.  A lighter version of our curry with lamb in it featuring vegetables in spices and bone broth.

This curry's vegetables change with the seasons while keeping the same delightful curry base. 

This time of year we cook organic cauliflower, organic carrots, organic kale, organic winter squash, and organic onion in a sauce of organic tomato, a light chicken bone broth* and a dash of lamb stock*, organic ginger, organic garlic, organic jalapeño fresh squeezed organic lemon juice,blend of curry spices (coriander, turmeric, ginger, fenugreek, anise, cumin, Saigon cinnamon, black pepper, regular yellow mustard, mace and cardamom) from Savory Spice Shop, olive oil,  filtered water, and Real sea salt.

Organic mint finishes this dish with a bit of cool freshness to contrast the warm spices. 

Quart or Pint. A Quart serves 4. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container.

*we make all our stocks/broths with filtered water. The chicken contains organic chicken backs and chicken feet. Lamb stock is water simmered with lamb meat.
